Hello All,

Wanted to let everyone know the negotiations between Everett Dickson, US Highlands, FLASR and CGF's have been terminated. There will be no further negotiations between the parties .
I hope everybody is doing well. I want to ensure everyone that I am continuing to find better ways to make our company a reputable and successful franchise company. It has been trying times for us all as we continue with
" growing pains ".
As always please contact me with any questions as we move forward. I may not have all of the answers (or what you want to hear) but I will give you my best and honest answer.

In the mean time please continue to do what you do at your store. All of your efforts are noticed and appreciated at every level . I have always found that Diligence and a positive attitude will pull you through the hard times. I appreciate each and every one of you and your continued support of your store and the CG brand.
