Robex Resources Inc. to Proceed With a Private Placement Agreement

STE-FOY, QUEBEC--Subject to approval of the appropriate authorities, Robex Resources Inc. agreed to issue a minimum of 750,000 units and up to 1,000,000 units by way of private placement, in all for a minimum amount of $157,500 and a maximum amount of $210,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable common shares purchase warrant. The units will be issued at a price of $0.21 each. Each warrant, with a maximum duration of 24 months, will permit the acquisition of one common share at a price of $0.30.

No commission will be payable on this placement.

The proceeds from the distribution will be used to develop a gold-bearing deposit on the Diangounte Property in Mali, West Africa.
