I disagree. I did the same thing he does when I wanted cheaper shares. This, of course, was back when I was young and put the effort it. It's kinda moot if you have a strong and diverse watchlist and a suite of investment options - usual tactic for amateurs that can only focus on one stock at a time.
I initially entered in at 5 and have been averaging out on twos whenever they come around. According to my research, it is strongly assessed we will see levels of 10 and 20 within a few weeks. According to collateral information, ECOS has recently begun priming a comprehensive PR Program, that would help drive it's realized valuation.
For the most part, the dilution here is welcomed and much needed - for those that realize what's really going on.
