es1-you are 100% correct, without access to the core and visiting the property a QP (Qualified Person) geologist cannot write a professional report that will be accepted by investors; since the Niobium deposit is located in Canada , Canadian mineral protocols rules would apply.


BTW: Dan knew and was pleased with the core facility as can be verified through Dan's emails to various geologists. Of course, Dan never visited the core facility because he has never even visited the property.

That's why the case is going to the Ontario Superior Court where all the evidence will be presented; thnakfully, the IHub 'kangaroo' court where Dan seems to be the police, prosecutor,judge and jury, does not hold any jurisdiction.
