NEWC MAKING NEW LOWS!
NEWC is on the way to making new lows as Campo scrambles to get investors to believe that he now is serious about getting the SEC filings up-to-date. Unfortunately, I believe it is a little to late and PPS seems to indicate the same sediment especially now that people understand there is no short positions on this stock.
