Spoke with Robert Dillon yesterday...

I asked him about the OTC, he stated that we are still waiting and the NASD is slow and every time the NASD asks them for more info they send it... The NASD seems to ask for the same documents over and over and have been dragging their feet. Robert stated that they have been able to send all documents needed, that being said OTC could happen any day....

The main reason we haven't been hearing much is that the company felt being on the grey's, not much need, he stated over the next 6 months there will be lots of news..

I asked him about the statement made of being 100% effective against virus and trojan, as that is one bold statement... He replied YES 100% patented technology with inventor being one of the best hackers in the world....

Robert stated to me that there is alot in the works which of course he could NOT discuss with me, but look at the News so far, everything is there plus even more products in the works...

With talking to Robert, of course him not saying this, I think they ARE and have been in talks with different companies for a LIcense agreement... Remember 100% effective, where as Microsoft, Norton and the others are 60% effective maximum...
(Who wouldn't want this technology?)

Robert talked a bit about their data stick, which is if you read the news, is amazing by itself, think about it, you have basically your own system in your pocket with all info as if you were at home and can be virtually anywhere in the world. You plug it in, bring up your system info, when done you leave, with zero trace of you ever being there...

Appears Exobox also has other products coming as well.
O/S has not changed, still under 11 mil with a float of? But couldn't be but a few million...

Robert stated they don't watch the stock end of it much at this time as with trying to get product to market that is there focus, but he did state that they want shareholder value and like the fact that there are alot of loyal shareholders out there waiting same as company, and remember if you have shareholder value, COMPANY has value......

Wish I could have gotten more but as we all know company can only say so much and Robert sure is NOT going to take any chances...

What one must do that is looking at this company is ask themselves...
* What do I see going forward after reading all info released currently
* Is this a WORLD wide product?
* What is the impact for our security online as well as the security of business, Government etc?
* Who would buy this product? "think about that one."
* What will product sell for?
* Again target market? Wowza....
* Share structure? Under 11 mil o/s...
* Management team
* What if I were Exobox, who would I want to license my Patented technology too? "think about that."

I could go on and on, I suggest if you have not looked at this jewel, you do so... Look at when the company went public, how high it ran, the golden opportunity at the current level we have here.... And remember some own this stock in the many many $$$$ range, we are currently trading at .31.

Also think about how many people will wait for company to get off of the greys before they buy? A few million in the float and the right news with OTC announcement, want to chase it?

With talking to Robert it is very clear the company has their eyes on the big boards ASAP...
Good luck all, I have been buying this company for the last few months, I have paid as low as .20 and as high as .60, I feel very fortunate to have bought at these levels and am slowly adding on the dips.. I have NOT sold one share either... Flipping is good but when we hit the OTC, I won't be without shares, will you? Do your own DD as you should and you decide if you want to be part of possibly one of the best plays in years....
