I don't think it's appropriate to claim that one called a ceo and then not give the substance or claim to have some type of insider info that can't be disclosed. There are many reasons, including common sense.
I often speak to CEO's and I post about it often. I've spoken to perhaps 100 CEO's over the past year or two. I always introduce the conversation by telling them I want no information that is not public and that my primary reason for calling is to find out how (and to convince them of the merits of being) shareholder friendly.
My focus is typically on keeping the o/s tight, making sure that the float is limited and that dilution and dumping by insiders is not on the agenda. I post my conversations typically and they can be found here and on SI.
So, please no posts about secret conversations that can't be disclosed and no posts about PM others with secret info, etc. It only invites attacks by others, whether or not the posts are bullish or bearish.
