The app I speak of is the application filing for their patent(s). "Soft launch" is invitation only to view their application they intend to file. "Full launch" is when filing is actually filed with the USPTO and made available to be verified by the public. The stalls I mention speak of the company not filing the application and has nothing to do with the Patent and Trademark office. Trademark verified - Reg# 86558657
