Again my question is this:


From WHOM did "tom" &
"theo" obtain such an enormous amount of RETC common shares to sell to unsuspecting investors?

Were these shares NAKED SHORT SOLD at/near the apex of the move? Or did both of these gentlemen somehow receive shares directly from the company? Or had they been accumulating shares of stock during the end of June and beginning of July then promote the stock during the month of July and then sold it all during the last few days of July? What exactly is keeping the share price down below a dime presently?
