BMXC- Bemax Inc. began the Marketing of these baby products just two years ago and in just 2 years:

Item 1.01.  Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
 
On November 13, 2015, Bemax Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an exclusive supplier agreement (the “Agreement) with Bethel Imports Marketing Limited (the “Customer”), whereby the Customer shall purchase exclusively from Company, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, Company’s private label brands of Disposable Baby Diapers, including, without limitation, all various training, consulting, and support services necessary for Customer to sell, operate and manage the distribution of Company’s Disposable Baby Diaper.

On July 14, 2016, we prepay in full the outstanding principal and accrued interest of the 8% Secured Convertible Promissory Note (the "Note") issued February 16, 2016 to Crown Bridge Partners, LLC (the "Holder") in the original principal amount of $40,00.00 (the "Principal Amount"). The amount required for us to prepay the Note in full as at July 14, 2016 is $62,271.23.

On April 4, 2017, as part of the first phase to penetrate the U.S. market, Bemax Inc., ("Company") will commence selling its two private label brands through Amazon.com ("Amazon"). The availability of the private label brands on Amazon will provides for the Company the launching of new sales channel and special sales offerings to customers

On January 24, the Company's Board of Directors approved the retirement of 150,000,000 common shares own by the Company's CEO, Taiwo Aimasiko, effectively reducing the Company's total common shares issued and outstanding by 33.21%


On February 10, 2017, the Company filed an application with OTC Markets Group to Uplist to the OTCQB


On February 28, 2017, Bemax Inc. (the "Company") entered into a Private Label Manufacturing Agreement (the "Initial Agreement") with North American Diaper Company, LLC, a U.S. Corporation (the "Manufacturer"). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company will purchase, distribute and export disposable baby diapers produced by the manufacturer in a private labeled format in packaging not trademarked or registered by the manufacturer. The term of the Agreement is for 5 years with Five (5) ONE (1) year renewal options, or until terminated with mutual written consent of both parties.


On March 31, 2017, Bemax Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Supplier Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Guangzhou Suide Commodity Co., Ltd (“GSC”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the province of Guangdong, China. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company will purchase, distribute and export disposable baby diapers produced by GSC in a private labeled format in packaging not trademarked or registered by GSC. The term of the Agreement is for 2 years from the date of its execution by both parties. Bemax has the option to extend the Agreement for an additional two (2) years.

On May 12, 2017, the Company’s Board of Directors approved the purchase of a 1.5 acre landed property (“the property”) in the city of Lagos for construction of production facility in West Africa.
The Production plant will manufacture Bemax disposable baby diapers brands for the West, East and South African markets, and eliminate the substantial costs associated with customs clearing. The Company will continue to use quality U.S manufacturer to meet customers demand for the U.S and European markets.
Construction of the production facility will commence in October of the current year. The project is estimated to be completed in June of 2019. When completed, the facility will house both the Company’s production plant, as well as space for commercial leasing to provide additional revenue stream to the Company.

On May 18, 2017, the Company entered into a discussion with Mr. Checkout Distributors, a national group of independent distributors, full-line grocery distributors with the purpose of distributing Bemax’s private label of disposable diapers across retail outlets. Upon successful completion of discussion set for May 25, 2017, the company will engage Mr. Checkout distributors to distribute Mother’s Choice disposable diapers to its network of grocery and convenience stores around the country.

We now are selling Mothers Touch diapers through Ebay, Walmart.com, possibly Amazon again in the future, and potentially other major retail giants in the future. Who knows maybe Sam's Club, Costco, Kroger, Target?? Yea never know.

I expect 2018 to be a major breakout year for Bemax Inc. and shareholders. JMO
