Key highlights from BLDV 7/31/17 PR:

Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. Adds Three to Advisory Board

- Below are my thoughts on what I think is another loaded PR from BLDV demonstrating how BLDV's developing advisory board requirements are relevant follow through's on previous PRs.

BLDV Prepares for September Projects with Strategic Additions

- I think this subtitle is a key indicator of upcoming projects in September which I am presuming will be announced. This is my favour part of the PR. Key word is September.

July 31, 2017 Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. (OTC PK: BLDV) – Denver Colorado:

Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. (BLDV) adds depth to each of their major efforts in the Cannabis Industry by building out the Advisory Board.

- This is the first time I hear of a BLDV advisory board. Many times I see other companies issuing advisory board PRs that I would glance over only to see their pps start rising a while after the PR announcing an advisory board.

- I do not think a public company would add an advisory board unless they require subject matter experts, hence the word depth in the PR, on some significant/important projects. Members of the advisory board are not cheap to hire and I am presuming BLDV needs their expertise to satisfy some project and/or client service needs.

- Note the use of the word major efforts; BLDV MGMT is not the type to put such words in a PR unless they have something significant they are working on such as the Israeli projects, the Michigan Real Estate fund and AMS mentioned in this PR.

Medical Focus – Israeli Technologies, Targeted Therapies

Dr. Michele Ross joins as an important advisor to BLDV concerning current clinical trials, medical breakthroughs and synergies between researchers, patients and available therapies.

Dr. Michele Ross is Founder, Executive Director, and President of the Denver-based 501c3 nonprofit IMPACT Network. As a neuroscientist, she was frustrated by the lack of education on the endocannabinoid system both doctors and scientists received, despite medical cannabis being used by millions of patients nationwide. In 2013, she founded the “Endocannabinoid Deficiency Foundation,” now known as IMPACT Network, with the mission to make medical cannabis treatment a first-line therapy for patients by educating patients, healthcare professionals and policy makers and driving clinical cannabis research

- Notice how before introducing Dr. Ross, the PR mentions Medical Focus + Israeli Technologies + Targeted Therapies = I read this as saying BLDV has some major projects going on IMO.

- The PR further states that Dr. Ross will be an important advisor to BLDV concerning:

1. Current clinical trials

- Remember from the 6/12/17 PR when BLDV mentioned how the pharmaceutical industry is leveraging clinical trials performed in Israel. Key word is pharmaceutical industry and now BLDV has a doctor to advise them. I think this is major.

- Remember the Interview: CEO Joshua Alper of Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. published on June 1, 2017 where BLDV CEO indicates that Israel is the only country in the world that is conducting cannabis clinical trials on humans - see 1:33:

2. Medical breakthroughs

- I am thinking this could possibly be the benefit of the Israeli technologies that BLDV will have access to.

3. Synergies between researchers, patients and available therapies

- This could be the value prospect that BLDV will be generating for its clients

AMS Farms Canada – Future home of Licensed Technology

- I do not think it gets clearer than this hint on the future of AMS with BLDV and how AMS will house the licensed technologies as part of their JV with AMS that was mentioned in the 4/20/17 PR:

Joseph Groleau is Business Development Director and a Principle of Alternative Medical Solutions and joins as an advisor to BLDV for Canadian Business Ventures and Grow Operations.

- Another big hint on the future of BLDV in regards to Mr. Groleau advising BLDV on Canadian business ventures and grow operations. However, my question is why would they need Mr. Groleau as an advisor when he is already part of AMS. I am wondering if there is more than meets the eye to his advisory role in terms of what BLDV has going on.

Cannabis Real Estate & Technology Fund – Buildings, Licensed Brands and Specialized IP

Richard Paniagua joins the Advisory Board of BLDV with diverse Venture Capital, Investment, and Operational Management Experience including real estate, import/export, software development and agriculture.

- I think the investment, operational management, real estate and agriculture experience that Mr. Paniagua is bringing are relevant and indicative of the size of BLDV's efforts and requirements for the Michigan Growth Fund that were updated in the 6/21/17 PR:

In other News: Kenneth Teknus will be stepping down as a Consultant to BLDV, and will no longer be associated with the company. We thank Ken for his time with Blue Diamond Ventures and wish him the best in any future endeavors.

- I think this announcement demonstrates how BLDV is graduating to the next level by brining on new advisory board members to replace old consultants.
