I haven't gone quite that cheap yet regarding cutting the cord.

What I did do was replace my router at $10 a month along with some cable boxes that I was getting zinged for.

I also need the fiber optic high speed access for work and I get reimbursed for that so I've managed to save a pretty penny.

I've looked at alternatives out there and they still hit you with fees etc.

And every time I get a rate increase I call my local company up and say Spectrum wants me back. That seems to nip that crap in the bud.
