If the money was not paid back which I believe was 185k give or take that converted into a whole lot of restricted shares hence why the TA never reduced A/S and doesn't want to honor the re org because they are left on the hook for that amount since it was previously authorized. We know Steve was crooked but the question is did JT? Now he may be trying to work around it but legally I don't think he can hence no divvy no reduction and the TA not budging on this re org
