How will the company get a useless patent in India? Just because they get a patent in those countries does not mean the already operating company will just fold up shop and give up. They are out of business, remember? And exactly how are they in good shape in these other countries? Takes some sales to be in decent shape, let alone good. All this about an APP that does not work, and meters WM has never been able to sell.
