He often passes opinions off as facts, but this particular time carries some weight. Zonzia stated its purpose on the Pitchfest site, the organization not only constantly updated the list of companies attending on the site, they explicitly noted only a few on social media two days before, one of which being Zonzia. A reasonable deduction is that the company was indeed active at the event.

The event itself, from tweets of those attending, was a point of introduction for most, hence "pitch"fest. I wouldn't expect anything conclusive, in terms of contracts/agreements to come out of it so quickly.
