Read the Notice of Consent of Solicitation on Page 6. The board states without a reverse the co. will go bankrupt by the end of next month. Shareholders of record got the notice this week, Dated July 26, signed by Jennifer Simpson, CEO. Stock heading to .05 and .02 by Aug 28 the date for votes to be in by.
