No Gold, No Silver, No JV!!!

FACTS:

People keep mentioning gold and silver assets. I read the technical reports. THERE ARE NO GOLD OR SILVER RESERVES!!! GOT THAT??? LODE has no gold reserves, there are no gold or silver reserve assets that are economically viable for mining at a profit. LODE has no gold or silver asset value. This is why LODE is losing money and has gone into debt.

Mineral reserves are resources known to be economically feasible for extraction. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=133102602

Reserves vs. Resources : a primer for the lay investor by
Mickey Fulp, The Mercenary Geologist: http://www.24hgold.com/english/contributor.aspx?article=2373604682G10020&contributor=Mickey+Fulp
“Ores are rocks and minerals that can be recovered AT A PROFIT.”

“Ore Deposit: A mass of rock or mineral that can be developed, mined, processed, and delivered to the marketplace or technology AT A PROFIT.”

“As you probably have already realized, this key difference between Resources and Reserves is summed up in three simple words: “AT A PROFIT.””

“Mineral Resources are sub-divided, in order of increasing geological confidence, into Inferred, Indicated, and Measured categories. Note that the confidence level in Inferred Mineral Resources is insufficient to allow the application of technical and economic parameters or to enable an evaluation of economic viability worthy of public disclosure.”

No Reserves, no cash, lots of debt, no joint venture? A 95.5% Loss in value, going from $4.45 in November of 2010 to a recent joint venture speculation high of $ 0.19 cents. No happy shareholders.

If any real mining company were looking at LODE, the first thing they would ask for is the Reserve numbers. LODE has NO RESERVES. The resource numbers are meaningless and do not add any economic value to LODE. No company is looking at LODE because they have no Reserves. Show me the JV news and filings? They do not exist! There are only rumors and speculation about this JV. There is no JV.

If the LODE stock went from its current price of ~.19 cents to $2.38, that move would be a ~1,250% increase in value. Considering that LODE has no reserves, no legitimate 43-101, no Prefeasability Study to mine anything at a profit, and is in debt, this 1,250% move is not remotely possible.

LODE’s greatest assets are the pumpers on this board:

lester12483 started his nonstop pumping of LODE on 12/24/2007. And even after learning that resource numbers are non-economic, non-assets, lester12483 continues to pump these worthless and misleading resource numbers. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/Profile.aspx?user=116035

Phx84 started endlessly pumping LODE on 10/21/2009 when the stock price was at $2.06. LODE would have to have a ~1,085% increase in value just to get back to break even.

The History of the Comstock Lode, by Grant H. Smith

“…the Comstock mines as a whole had failed to show a profit-in fact entailed a loss; the assessments and expenditures exceeded the dividends. High costs of operations, wasteful and extravagant management, and “millions uselessly and foolishly expended in exploration work…” Page 58

“The Comstock mines early became a synonym for stock devilment, for which the brokers and manipulators in San Francisco have been held soley responsible. True, theirs is the chief responsibility, but the gambling public must bear its share of the blame. The system early developed from a speculative investment in mining stocks into a gamble-then into a lottery.” Page 62.

“Clarence King, in 1868, estimated that not to exceed 1/500th part of the Comstock Lode was profitable ore.” Page 73.

Anyone investing in any company involved in mining or exploration of the Comstock Lode should read the book “The History of the Comstock Lode,” by Grant H. Smith. https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=The+History+of+the+Comstock+Lode%2C+by+Grant+H.+Smith
