The Company has developed and started implementing an acquisition plan to acquire synergistic business opportunities. The recent acquisition of Poolworks Germany Ltd and Chimera® Games has brought initial revenues to the Company. An additional LOI has been executed between BD Health Partners LLC and Momentous to acquire the assets of NeuroFuse, a scientifically advanced nootropic supplement. Additional acquisitions, if they occur, will likely be done using a combination of common stock of the Company, debt instruments and cash.
