Cash, if I have this correctly in my head now. If a share holder has 3,000,000 shares of VPOR and the spin off goes 3/1. For every 3 shares of VPOR they have they will get 1 of Simple cork.

Translation after spin off? That investors 3,000,000 shares would look like this:
VPOR 2,000,000 shares
(Simple Corks ticker) 1,000,000 shares.

Would this be correct?
