well this code of conduct IS only to agree how nations in the area behave towards each other regarding any disputes in the SCS area [ none binding , so if the PRC dont agree, how is that going to work?]............BUT it wont affect any potential agreement between countries regarding any JV .....both countries have said they wish this to happen and soon and Rod saying as late as last week that we could see drilling this year, we just have to hope both parties can agree on the details ..........i remain very positive
