Train is defiantly moving.
I don't like CEO behaviour either and don't trust anyone, beside SEC filings. I can understand a few posters.
Fact is CEO in official sec filing claimed end of dilution once last one ended and company very close to complete it. Also facts are DRYS has a solid balance sheet a/o today- best in years, Investments already done and the revenues boost estimation. bdi will have a positive effect too. EBV is around $500m.that's about 10 times market cap ( fully diluted).
