Not worried about it. There are a great many companies whose owners control the lion's share of equity. It's how they hold onto controlling interest.
Also, if they value their own money, they typically wouldn't "dump" it on the open market, it would be transferred/sold behind the scenes just like how Johan acquired it in the first place.

We're all on our way out, act accordingly...
