Feldman is considered the "the father of Reg A funding" and actually helped Congress write the law.
Marketing his firms products is not an accurate statement. The place where he worked was named but not extensively talked about in the interview.
It is also not logical to state or assume that Feldman is going to be on the Board. ISBG simply played an interview on twitter, this does not necessarily constitute Board of Director nominations.
