Well you are right about the expectations. However, we can't control everybody on this board or for that matter anywhere else. There are bad apples and that's just the way it is. And with regards to constructive criticism and having a dialogue, you are absolutely spot on. That's how it should be ideally.
I have supported the Company since 2015 when they first bought this shell. Didn't know who they were but did some research and studied their vision which convinced me to become a long term investor. I have read almost all the comments on this board. And I have found some comments to be very insightful and informational. Few investors or traders pose questions on this board or comments but they never reach out to the Management directly. On many instances, I have sent emails to Mr. Alex and even posted certain responses to this board with his permission.
There is still one question that Seeking and few others have continuously asked that was never really addressed to their or even my satisfaction. I brought this up to the Management via email. The question was about issuing 165M shares to NAUP partners. All I got in response was that this is a very beneficial acquisition for the Company and that - it was a good value to us. Not the best answer I or some of the folks on this board were looking for, but he did provide response. May be Mr. Alex later forgot to address this question or being a busy man that he is as a CEO, I am not sure if he addressed this. Didn't want to bring this up but since you encourage an honest discussion and claim to have read all the announcements, I was hoping if you could put some light to this related party dealing. That way few of our dear friends on this board would get the desired response and we can put this to rest. I remember someone asked this question again just recently or might have commented on this subject, and hence, I wanted to bring this up.
Over the past year and a half, I have stood by our Management. And on most instances I have argued with other members for the Company and Mangement. But on something as grey as related party dealings, I cannot comment because as an outsider I don't have access to such information. Do you know anything on this deal besides this.
