That's what I am saying. There is no downside here if what is written here is taken as fact. There are some seriously ridiculous values being thrown out here. Especially for a company with declining revenue. I am all about the gem in the rough, but there is no proof of a buyout here. This is mostly speculation being thrown out as a given. The pied pipers seem to have a pretty long line. There is a lot of speculation and some very lofty predictions for a company that stays in business selling stock and getting loans from its CEO. Below is the most recent verified revenue that I could find. They continue to be a negative earnings company. I am not saying a buyout at a premium is not possible. I am just saying that until it is done, there is a decent chance it won't. Nothing personal, just is what it is. I only see "dd" for the upside. You are saying it like it is a given. I am saying it is not.
