High book value is only a tool to make people to buy more shares. Remember when the number of shares increases the book value is proportionately comes down. I suspect he will do a big reverse split so that book value goes more than 1000 dollars in order to achieve his two billion dollars shelf financing. Whatever may be, he does not have shareholders interest in mind.imagine for 2 billion dollars financing how much commission he extracts from dryship. Do you really think he has the intention of bringing the company back on track?
