I was more talking about how anyone could think a company that holds DOD security clearance, bidding on government contracts, and is owned by a billionaire, would chance it and throw everything away for a $73 trade... lol.
But yes, slandering a reputable company by "trying" to spread misinformation taughted as fact would probably get someone in a bit of trouble if they had more than 22 people listening to them. SEC rule 10b-5
Haha, I've got to be done with this. Somehow I was drawn into this nonsense due to its ridiculousness. This will be my last post on the subject. :)
