Thank you for the explaination....so a stock reduction would not change my share count? If so, what pool of shares do they reduce? Ones owned by the company? I don't mean to be so simple. Just trying to understand. My last question would be, is there any ideas on how much the target total shares would need to be reduced in order to move to the Nasdaq? I know the current number is much to large. Thanks again for your input.
