Mr Chambers, I would like to start up a "PEER REVEIW BOARD". I cannot do it without the consent of the owner because IH Admin would dismiss the idea outright as an attempt to circumnavigate their authority.

Here is my proposal:

A nine member peer review council made up of veteran I-Hubbers maybe some Mod Squad members, but certainly not a prerequisite to be a member.
The board would have a public domain listing, but would operate in secret on an off-public board.

Reason:
Ihub Admin operate in an oligarchy with supreme control, no other Admin is going to reverse or countermand another officers decision.
Therefor members have no recourse for appeal recourse for decisions made by PM or in public.
Post removal is already being covered by a review process, and would not be included on this board.

Decisions to override an Admin decision would have to have a 5 / 4 vote to override out of the nine member council, much like the supreme court.
Court members could be nominated, but the board moderator would ultimately pick them and then they would be members until they relieve themselves or become absent and nonfunctioning.

Meatloaf or other tech Admin would have to be involved to create the board and provide links to the secret board that would be rescinded after a decision has been rendered concerning a members peer review.

I think this is a great idea that would perform a badly needed function for relief of members that feel that some Admin decisions need further review, but have no outlet for it.

Thank You for your consideration Sir,
Mariner*
