As competitive as the auto industry is for technology and knowing getting a feature to market is time sensitive I don't see Ford reinventing the wheel so to speak. (After a year of negotiations they would have already pushed it out. ). I'm also thinking this is more of a training focused, demo focused meeting than anything else. If I'm correct on this in order for it to be a fully functioning product demo won't a prototype already need to be installed and operational in a Ford vehicle?

With out of control insurance costs and concerns regarding distracted driving I can see an entire marketing push by Ford around the DD functionality.

Would not be surprised to see another large auto manufacturer try and get the one up on Ford with the race to release. Either way it's a win win for ONCI investors. I'm with the rest of y'all in being downright giddy for Monday's open.
