Cheap OTC with P/E ratio in days. Revenues, fins, and credit line will lead to dimes and upper dimes easily quickly, and in dog years(?). . .however that is said. Operational profitability may have happened already, with fairly low overhead. OTC companies can put that on the wire, with fairly certain positive outcomes.
