Here's another thought to chew on... what if Sandy is positioning for a reverse merger type of play... that's as good as an IPO without ipo'ing.. AND the shareholders have benefited from these in a high percentage of cases... so it could be a good thing for us shareholders.... I'd love this scenario.

Bkmp is a shell, but if they can merge with a real company/entity .. Ex: TFN, then things could happen.
