This all looks great! everyone here does such good job at working as a team, however why the heck are they even appealing this! shouldn't they just have gone to court with six! now I'm honestly worried that bungie stands a chance on getting this tossed out! whats the reason behind them gambling if they have a bird in the hand! i know everyone is offended by what alpha was saying but now I'm having seconds thoughts about where this appeal can lead...i just don't like the fact he magically appeared from thin air on break out day, don't hate on me I'm an old/young long guy that just want to know what is more likely:
1) everything stays the same we go with 6
or
2)worlds gets more ammo to bring to court and we ride the rocket
or
3)bungie gets the six tossed and this ends horribly!
im in no way shape or form bashing nor giving up my shares! however today i started feeling less confident, for some reason its driving me nuts to know how strong these patents actually are! if they are rock solid then they have no worries on the appeal, however then they should have just gone to court! but if they are appealing due to a weak case and may require more strength I'm def concerned! Someone please ease my mind! as for the price, all we need is volume! i think the tinkering is done for now and we just need more people joining us! i personally have dragged in at least a dozen others (friends and family) here and all of them own at least 100,000 -500,000 shares. but i personally still have questions like....
why would a market maker have interest in a stock with no liquidity? who would be short a penny stock? these are all honest questions that have been rolling around in my head the last few weeks and driving me nuts!!
we are all here for different reasons,some for the lotto ticket win, some for an easy flip, some for the law team, some just because they've been hear from the start when these cases were the hottest plays around and need to see the ending! i feel I'm all of that.....
I've made 19 purchases dating back 3-4 years to current. recently I've been laughed at by some friends that are professional traders saying they would not touch this with 100 ft pole... i really want to see the day when they send me that text saying HOLY COW S#%T!! i should have bought some of that!
even though the real money may lie years ahead, i think most of us here are holding enough cards to space out and de-risk this all the way to the end. my biggest fear tho has become a stalemate with no run up... right into a weak or bad decision. we do need to talk about this stuff and i would be a lot more confident tonight if this was hovering at .08-.10, but at break even levels with no volume I'm a little concerned that someone knows more than us or just no one really knows about this all together!
