I contacted the IRS to make sure the taxes get paid on the consulting share issued on June 13, 2017 for $330,000.00

On June 13, 2017, the Company issued 1,500,000 common shares with a fair value of $330,000 to a non-related party for consulting services. page 17 of 10Q.

So, tax payers will get a little Treasury income for the children right!

These big wheeler dealers can pay their fair share right!
