There were around 21 million shares outstanding -- but someone else said 28 million, and I don't question them. So after a 1-for-100 RS, there's an OS of 210,000 or 280,000.

On Aug.4, however, was a sizeable trade in proportion to the float, so I suspect dilution is going on, because no pre-existing investor would have sold so much for so cheap.
