I agree! D-List is a "red herring". If SK doesn't file for an extension or otherwise ignores NASDAQ's regs for compliance and get's removed, SH attorneys will be all over that and sue CYTR for "gross negligence" and other claims and collect the MAX on the Directors and Officers insurance policies which could be more than Dr Pat's buy-in $$! I'm more certain that CYTR WILL NOT be removed from NASDAQ than the PPS will be below .50 next week. If so, we'll know why.
