I'm not an advocate of conspiracy theories, the company issued a measly 11M shares in 2017 , all in Q1. There is absolutely no sense in a delay due to 11M shares lol.

Dr.Pennystock got called out on his claims and they were immediately disproven by the CEO.

Time and time again, the majority of sellers are retailers who get impatient with the filings. I can name them too.

So that's that, no conspiracy theories.

I know this for a fact. The CEO isn't holding the 10k because of 11M issued early in 2017.period. He still thinks some are restricted, and the investors aren't selling.
