I too don't think a buy out will occur.
From a Niocorp strategic stand point, it is going to the opposite direction to all the moves they made so far. Why be involved with IB and Lorgo then?Why have they stopped drilling to only get a partial vue/value of the deposit. It would be like selling your cargo at a 1/3 of the container when the container is full. And on the opposite side, why would a buyer offer to pay the full amount of the potential when THEY will have to invest and built the mine? It s like buying a fixer upper at market value without factoring in the value of the renovation.

The key word for me is steady cash flow. They institutional investor like Pension funds are as much concern about predictability than they are concerned with ROI.
