If the company is in a position to choose Day of ticker opening, the 8th would be a great day from a Chinese astrological perspective. It may sound a little out there to some westerners but most Chinese take this stuff pretty seriously as referenced in that article. I was looking at another site and I thought it was interesting that it says 8/08/17 is an auspicious day for: consecration ceremony, grand opening, signing contract and business trading??!! Almost too perfect if that's the day and they been planning it then wow...
