Silence?

Normally a company in this situation makes a statement such as, "OTC Markets informed Bellatora that it became aware of a promotional newsletter/email touting the Company and encouraging investors to purchase the Company's common stock. The Company is unaware of the effect on the trading activity."

Maybe Atom is waiting for a lawsuit on behalf of the investors so he can make a statement, or maybe his lawyer told him to not make any statements.

Not knowing what's really going on is frustrating.
