''I do not know if there will be a reverse split or not but they have until mid October to get the stock price to $1.00 for a period of at least 30 days.  However, if the company is in compliance in all respects except the $1.00 share price, they would get an extension for another six months.  That being the case, I do not believe a reverse split is imminent.''
