IMO This is the one question that worries whiteyboy the most!
If true, there will be more than a 25k fine.

13) Are you prepared to state that none of prior PCBM/SRCI management has a working relationship with BTMD in any capacity whatsoever?

ANSWER (FOURTH TIME) TO WEB$DUMMIE'S BASHING:

LAS VEGAS, Dec 8, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --Mr. Keith Houser, CEO of HaloLaser Biotherapy, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, jointly announced today with Mr. Bruce Harlan, CEO of BioTech Medics, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:BTMD) (formerly Corbel Holdings, Inc.) a Nevada public corporation, that the two companies completed their reverse/merger.

Mr. Bruce Harlan, of CBLH/BTMD announced his immediate resignation as Chairman/CEO simultaneously at the time of closing of the merger. He further stated that the entire existing Board of Directors of CBLH/BTMD have resigned."

RB FOLKS. THE TRUTH HAS BEEN THERE SINCE DECEMBER 8, 2004.

BUT WEB$DUMMIE BASHER WANTS YOU TO FALSELY THINK THAT
THERE IS A HIDDEN AGENDA. WELL, THERE ISN'T ON THE
PART OF BTMD. BUT THERE CLEARLY IS A HIDDEN AGENDA
BY WEB$DUMMIE.

YOU SEE, WEB$DUMMIE IS A CYBERSMEARER

"Many public company discussion boards sink into a routine of rumors and recriminations. Occasionally, some of these rumors are serious enough to affect the stock price. The poster may be attempting to take advantage of these stock swings on the basis of his or her trading position. Beyond the short term effect on stock prices, some postings may accuse management of assorted misdeeds or criminal acts. They may disparage the business or products of the company."
