I think the odds are more 90/10 that 50/50, I have done a lot of DD and would not have invested what I have here if I thought only 50/50. UHLN has a $25 MILLION NOL! The PR said they signed an agreement to acquire not to negotiate and maybe acquire. Greg George posted it was done, yes they made him take it down, but on his personal Facebook page he has talked about he and his partner have a deal in the works that's going to be a real game changer. His partner is Samantha Rincione, the Highlands web page is in Sal Rincione's name, the graphics for that page were taken from UFood Grill and the Emergingfranchises sites, one controlled by Greg, one by Sal. They tweeted the filings were almost complete and everything was on track. So to me it's a heck of a lot more than 50/50, oh one more thing, Wedbush is a new MM for UHLN!
