I could open a lemonade stand at the end of my road and show a profit. I could also create a penny stock for that lemonade stand and tell the world that I plan on opening 10 more down the road. Even if I make $.25 profit I'm still showing a profit. Financially it's real easy to show this and show it in a way that makes my financials legit.....leaves a sour taste in your mouth....and it's not the lemonade
