Thanks for these posts. Pindar1 reads like a bankruptcy judge and a Constitutionalist. His main interest wasn't about distributing cash to stockholders (although he suggested that might be the result of the legal process) but the compliance with an overbearing government confiscating property, with or without compensation. Certainly cannot find anything so subversive in any of this and absolutely nothing that could have gotten him tossed from IHub.

His absence on the forum was a loss
