Interesting, yes. But, keep in mind there are 1 billion shares outstanding and the lawsuit is over some 54 million shares of which I believe it was reported that not all of the owners of those shares were contesting the lawsuit. So, in the end it is a small percentage of outstanding shares. So, I suspect if the shareholders do win and sell, the short term could be affected, but over the longer term...not really. The whole issue here is the silence from the company. None of the DD collected has been from the company...at least none that I am aware of.
