I respectfully disagree. UBQU has a lot going for it but the conversion and debt are not one of those things. The converters are making gobs of money at current price or higher.

The conversion is also scaring new blood from entering and either directly or indirectly keeping the price down (acamp theory).

Believe or not I like you TD but would like to see you at least acknowledge this is what is causing us problems now as if a group is manipulating they are only able to do so because of the convertible debt.
