Its very probable that the judge will hold her decisions until something happens with 3115. Just my opinion. PLM and USFS can then move for dismissal over lack of jurisdiction. Easy out for the judge.

I see govtrac has 3115 at 45% chance of passing. It started at what, 14? Get it done, Congress and Senate!

For those of you readers who live in the 8th district, just keep in mind that Nolan brought bipartisan support to the table to get this legislation. He got no help from metro democrats and this completely illuminates the divide within the MN Democrat party. Metro democrats only care about social issues. Rural democrats still champion the working man.

A Republican governor would help this state far more than a republican congressman in the 8th. IMO...
