FACTS: acquired the 4.5mile pipeline that
services 33 wells in one of the hottest natural gas areas in the country; Powder River Basin. Acquired for $330K in cash. Peanuts!

.80 per thousand cubic feet transportation fee plus gathering fees apply. This pipeline has capacity for 3X the current flow of 1.25M cubic feet a day in natural gas production, with compression ability of this pipeline.

Plus, ARET negotiating to acquire additional leaseholds and this acquistion is #1 of a 4 part acq. process to expand revenue. ARET working with other n.gas co.s to acquire leasehold interests in this area, and also expand and fully utilize the capacity of the pipeline just acquired.

The delisting bs from OTCBB to pinks was a formality from SEC regs. Does not mean the company cannot succeed. They were late in filing 10Q, and delisted period. I am more focused on the fact that ARET is getting involved in the Powder River Basin area. Huge n.gas plays in that area with millions of cubic feet of n.gas. With winter coming and the ever increasing cost of n.gas to heat homes, looks promising. Traders dumped on the bs delisting and did not even consider the possible revenue potential from Powder River. Typical.

Adding @ these pps levels, which technically is the support level over the past 3 months.

Good Night.
