Walter, I used PE NUMBERS from 15-30. 30 is obviously the high side.
Niocorp does not need all the money at once. In fact these large projects are done in stages. The company based on my conversations needs 75-100 mill to break ground. Once people see the project is moving forward and activity on the site, buying will pick up dramatically!!!
The equity portion will probably come at various price points. Let's use 1, 2, 4, and 6 as price points. 25 million shares at each price provides capitol of 25+50+100+150 million totaling 325 million. On 100 million shares not including options. I'm just painting a possible scenario. Mark Smith is not afraid of diluting stock if it makes the stock worth more. From this point on most of the money raised is towards breaking ground, with enough working capital to hold things together. I don't want to overhype either. But scandium could sell at much higher than the $3,700 per kg the FS is using!!!! Let's say EBITDA ends up being 550-600 million with 400 million outstanding shares it's still a 15-30$ stock in my opinion.
Bottom line Mark and his team have huge experience in this industry and Mark has put millions of his own assets on the line! Personally I think this is a Legacy Play for him. Mark will in a few years be a major player in the business world!! He can't wait to deliver product to customers!!!
A very long winded opinion!! :)
